Hognose Hub merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printify. Here's what to expect after you place an order.
Production time
Because each item is printed just for you, there's a short production window before your order ships — typically 2 to 7 business days.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total wait is production time plus delivery time.
Shipping time
Once your order is produced, it ships and delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, check back or reach out at hello@hognosehub.com.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. You can use it to follow your package to delivery. If tracking stalls or something looks wrong, see our Refund Policy or contact us.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we're not able to cover free replacements for packages lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll try to correct it before the item goes into production.
International orders (coming soon)
When international shipping launches, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country will be the customer's responsibility, and delivery times will be longer. We'll update this policy with details when the option goes live.
