The genetics

Albino (T-)

Recessive

Recessive — an animal must inherit two copies for it to show visually. A single copy is a hidden 'het' carrier.

Axanthic

Recessive

Recessive — an animal must inherit two copies for it to show visually. A single copy is a hidden 'het' carrier.

Arctic x2

Incomplete-dominant

Incomplete-dominant, shown here in its two-copy 'super' form (the most dramatic expression).

Anaconda

Incomplete-dominant

Incomplete-dominant — a single copy already changes the look; two copies make the 'super' form.

What makes a Superarctic Snow Conda

  • Two copies of Albino (T-) — recessive, so it only shows when paired up.
  • Two copies of Axanthic — recessive, so it only shows when paired up.
  • One copy of Anaconda — the single-gene 'Conda' form.
  • Two copies of Arctic — the 'Superarctic' super form.

This describes the genetics of the animal itself — not the odds from a pairing. Outcome odds are the Genetics Calculator's job (coming soon).
